Development and analysis

We offer analysis, development, testing, and validation services to help our clients meet their project goals. We can focus our efforts on the performance of our designs, or take on a broader scope. We can write practical test specs, design robust fixtures, and interpret test results to inform improved designs.

We use Solidworks Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tools to optimize designs virtually, which saves time and money. For preliminary physical testing, we have force and pressure sensors, thermocouple readers, and mechanical metrology equipment.

For more rigorous tests, we have working relationships with several local labs who are qualified to SAE, ISO, ANSI, GB, and MIL-STD 810 specifications for mechanical and thermal tests. We help many of our clients by serving as a technical liaison to those labs during the validation program.
